Generalized Anxiety Disorder
Symptoms of generalized anxiety disorder vary from person to person, but include constant worrying, a sense of dread and difficulty concentrating.
Things like exercising more and drinking less alcohol can help with generalized anxiety disorder.
Selective Sound Sensitivity Syndrome
Misophonia is a disorder in which certain sounds trigger emotional or physiological responses that some might perceive as unreasonable given the circumstance. Those who have misophonia might describe it as when a sound “drives you crazy.” Their reactions can range from anger and annoyance to panic and the need to flee.
Grief
Sutton Stracke’s father took his life in 2002 and Sutton has struggled to come to terms with her loss ever since. She fell both deep sadness and guilt at his passing.

Bigamy is the crime of marrying a person while already being legally married to someone else.

Anorexia is generally considered to be a condition which can only be managed, not successfully treated. Nik and Eva Speakman disagree with that view.

Trichotillomania
Trichotillomania is currently defined as an impulse control disorder and is a compulsion to pull out one’s own hair, eyebrows and eyelashes. The Speakmans say it always starts via a ‘good idea’ then becomes habitual, leading to (but not always being aware of) self harm. Since seeing The Speakmans, Tash has not pulled her hair or picked her skin anymore.

Skin Picking
Also called dermatillomania or excoriation disorder, skin picking disorder is where you cannot stop picking at your skin, causing injuries or scarring. The condition falls under obsessive compulsive disorders (OCDs).
Grief
Grief is a natural response to loss. It’s the emotional suffering you feel when something or someone you love is taken away. Often, the pain of loss can feel overwhelming. You may experience all kinds of difficult and unexpected emotions, from shock or anger to disbelief, guilt, and profound sadness.
Hoarding
A hoarding disorder is where someone acquires an excessive number of items and stores them in a chaotic manner, usually resulting in unmanageable amounts of clutter. The items can be of little or no monetary value.
Pica
Pica is an eating disorder that involves eating items that are not typically thought of as food and that do not contain significant nutritional value, such as hair, dirt, and paint chips.
Domestic Violence
Domestic abuse, also called "domestic violence" or "intimate partner violence", can be defined as a pattern of behavior in any relationship that is used to gain or maintain power and control over an intimate partner. Abuse is physical, sexual, emotional, economic or psychological actions or threats of actions that influence another person.
Weight Loss

People of any age can have body dysmorphia, however it's most common in both male and female teenagers and young adults.

Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) features a pattern of unwanted thoughts and fears (obsessions) that lead you to do repetitive behaviors (compulsions), such as turning electrics on and off repetitively. These obsessions and compulsions interfere with daily activities and cause significant distress.

Living with low self-esteem can harm one’s mental health and lead to problems such as depression and anxiety. One may also develop unhelpful habits, such as smoking and drinking too much, as a way of coping.
