The Speakmans have demonstrated their therapies on television since 2000,
releasing thousands of people from a whole host of anxiety disorders.

Russell Dean
In 2011, police officer Russell was attacked in the line of duty, which left him with PTSD. Considering himself a burden to his family, he planned on taking his own life. Fortunately, his sister contacted Nik and Eva as a last resort, and they cured Russ of his PTSD.
Paul Ribbons
Having suffered with alcoholism for many years due to traumas throughout his life, Paul had therapy with The Speakmans. Paul talks openly about how after seeing The Speakmans 15 years ago his life changed dramatically, and he hasn’t drank alcohol since.

Claire suffered with Emetophobia for most of her life. She had two therapy sessions with The Speakmans and ahe is now fully over her emetophobia.
Mandy Denman
Mandy suffered with depression, panic attacks and phobias, taking anti-depressants for over thirty years, until she attended a Speakmans workshop three years ago. She overcame all her issues, which allowed her to stop taking antidepressants. She is now medication free and loving life.
Howard Griffiths
Howard had suffered with sleepwalking since a young child. Over the years, it affected his relationships, his moods, and even caused him several injuries. Howard is now proud to say that he is no longer a sleepwalker, as The Speakmans completely changed his life.
Luisa Deas
Luisa shares a video of herself walking on the sand in Mauritius, something she couldn’t have done without Nik and Eva’s help, as she previously had a phobia of sand (ammophobia). She was even going to leave her job becuase of her fear.

Megan has battled with depression, anxiety and low self-esteem for many years, but after coming to The Speakmans’ workshops, she feels so much lighter and happier day by day, stating that they have had a life-changing effect on her mental health and wellbeing.
Michelle Partington
Michelle suffered with debilitating PTSD for many years and even struggled to leave her house. After seeing The Speakmans, she is now living her life again, socialising, going out, and even teaching mental health awareness courses.
Julie Peasgood
Julie, a self-confessed chocoholic - attended one of The Speakmans workshops, and they cured her of her chocolate addiction, even though she was sceptical. She wanted to lose weight and knew that her chocolate addiction was holding her back. Three years on, she says the desire and craving to eat chocolate has now totally gone.

Julie had a fear of stairs and steps (bathmophobia) but after seeing The Speakmans, she totally overcame her fear. She says she has been able to do so many new things she would not have been able to do beforehand.
Alison Hammond
Alison attended a Speakmans workshop, and exudes with positivity about them, and the goal-setting part of the wokshop day. She talks about her crazy five-year plan to be in a Hollywood movie. Five months on, she has already been cast in Hotel Transylvania 3, as the voice of Frankenginger.
Louise Hooper
Louise had a phobia of all transport (hodophobia) that got so bad that she couldn’t even leave the house. She was housebound for four years.. Eventually fighting her anxiety to visit The Speakmans and they cured her. She now has a full time job and her life back
Charlie May Hill
Charlie suffered with a fear of vomit (emetophobia) and anxiety since the age of 10. She constantly felt sick, and had several medical tests that showed nothing medically wrong with her. She even ate crisps with a spoon, for fear of contamination. She attended a Speakmans workshop and discovered that her emetophobia started from a fear of death, due to her dad getting cancer. She candidly shares her story and now says she is totally cured.
Gemma L Richards
Gemma had a phobia of death (thanatophobia) of 14 years. The fear stopped her from sleeping at night but after meeting The Speakmans she is now completely cured.

Celebrity Sherrie Hewson says The Speakmans are her go-to people, because everything we need in life… is in The Speakmans! She said The Speakmans somehow can answer any question in a helpful fashion, and she has learned from them a great deal.
Rachael Hughes
Rachael had crippling anxiety of taking her driving test and as a reult ahe kept failing, albeit not having an actual fear of driving. After speaking with Nik, her fears dissipated and she passed her driving test.
Theo Breaux
Theo is an LA actor who had a crippling fear of public speaking, and anxiety upon entering an audition room to land a new role, but with Nik & Eva’s helpful guidance and support, it has completely dissipated and gone.
Bethany Tollon
Bethany suffered with a serious phobia of needles for many years. She fainted at the sight of needles and couldn’t go near hospitals. After seeing The Speakmans, she is now completely cured.

Jo had PTSD and was severely overweight, but after appearing on The Speakmans TV show , she says she has her life back and is now flourishing.
Andrew Osbourne
In 2011, Andrew Osbourne set off for his job as a security guard at the supermarket where he had worked for over 20 years. But just over an hour into his shift, Andrew was attacked by a man armed with knives who threatened to kill him and all his family. The assault left Andrew suffering with severe PTSD. After seeing Nik and Eva, Andrew has been able to rebuild his life.

Mikki has suffered with her body image and low-esteem for many years, but after attending a Speakmans workshop, she now has hope that she can get better, already making positive changes to her life.

Lauren Emptage
For 18 years, Lauren had a fear of hospitals and corridors, suffering with panic attacks whenever she was near them. Lauren’s Mum was in a critical coma in a hospital when she was younger - this was the origin of her phobia. After seeing The Speakmans, Lauren is now cured.
Louise Macdonald
Louise suffered with PTSD, which had manifested itself into crippling fears, phobias, panic attacks and anxiety. Loiuse was never able to be on her own due to an immense fear of death. After seeing The Speakmans, her life has taken a positive turn.
Paul Curran
Former transport police officer Paul Curran's life was left in tatters after witnessing first hand the horrors of the London bombings on 7/7. After suffering from PTSD, he lost his job, his wife and at rock bottom even contemplated suicide. He can’t even go 100 metres within Aldgate station. After meeting The Speakmans, Paul overcame his PTSD.
Stacey Marriott
Since she was very young, Stacey has had a really bad phobia of dolls, avoiding them at all costs, avoiding supermarkets and toy stores. After meeting Nik and Eva, her phobia has now totally disappeared.
Sophie Baldwin
Before meeting Nik and Eva, Sophie was anorexic since the age of 10. She had a huge fear of food in general, with the intrusive thought of getting fat instantly..
Tracey Chapple
From the age of 4, Tracey has had a phobia of lifts, always having to take the stairs whenever she had to get up a building. Nik and Eva identified that it was also claustrophobia (a fear of enclosed spaces) that was perpetuating Tracey’s fear.
Stephen Day
In February 2007, Stephen Day was subjected to an unprovoked attack when he was pulled out of his car and beaten up by a group of men. The attack changed his life forever. Left with crippling PTSD, Stephen developed uncontrollable jerking movements which left him unable to eat, sleep or even hold a cup of tea. Stephen was diagnosed with suicidal thoughts, depression, PTSD and myoclonic jerks. Taking high doses of Mirtazapine and Diazepam, things reached crisis point when Stephen tried to take his own life 3 times. Desperate for help, Stephen’s wife sent a video plea to The Speakmans.
Mollie Haynes
Whilst on a school trip to Nice, Mollie became involved in a terror attack that killed 86 people and injured 458. Molly was stricken with PTSD until she met The Speakmans.
Lesley Collins
Lesley had PTSD after being attacked by someone trying to steal her car with her baby daughter in the back. Ever since she struggled with anxiety. She attended a Speakmans workshop which changed her life perspective.
Daniel and Rebecca Thompson
